RCC/ PSC/ Steel Girders: BOM INFRA supplies girders of all types (Rolled Steel Girders, Steel Plate Girders, Reinforced Cement Concrete Girders, Pre-stressed Concrete Girders, Box Girders as well as Composite Girders) suitable for all types of bridges – Road over Bridges (ROB), Road under Bridges (RUB), Rail Road and Foot over Bridges (FOB). For steel bridges we provide high quality ready to install fabricated steel girders. Materials used for fabrication are of high grade whether it is Structural steels, TMT or Cement. We utilize state-of-the-art equipments along with skilled craftsman to handle all aspects of fabrication to ensure precision and on time completion of project.

Fabricated Chassis & Towers: BOM INFRA specializes in fabricating crane chassis and towers as per customer specification. Our skilled engineers prepare the best production plan based on the drawings and specs. Fabrication is performed by welders highly experienced in SAW (Submerged Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding), GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) etc. Riveting is mostly done using Rivet Guns and painting & coating as per client specification. Furthermore, all tests are performed as per customer’s requirement including Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle Radiography (X-ray).

OHE Masts & SPS: BOM INFRA will soon be supplying approved Overhead Electrification (OHE) masts and Small parts of steel (SPS) for railway projects. These would include all types of masts, portals and SPS like – BFB, RSJ, B-series, K-series, O/N/R portals, Bridge Mast, Mast Anchor, Drop Arm, TTK, TTB, TTU, etc.

Cantilever Assembly: With a vision to provide complete turnkey solution for Railway Electrification BOM INFRA has stepped into manufacturing and supply of assembled cantilever/ bracket assembly to our valued clients in railways. This assembly would include Malleable Cast Iron (MCI), Forged GI, Steel Galvanized, Aluminum Bronze, Aluminum Alloy, Copper, Grey Cast Iron, Stainless Steel as well as Automatic tensioning device (ATD.

Forged & machined items: BOM INFRA has automated forging and machining lines for manufacturing of forged and machined components like Gear blanks, Forged rings, Transmission and Differential Gears, Connecting Rods, Crankshafts, Valves, Compressor Parts, Crown wheels etc. We specialize in developing custom-made parts as per customer specifications. Apart from machining we make value addition through surface coating as per customer requirement. For surface coating we adopt different processes like painting, hot dip galvanizing and plating (chrome/zinc).
